I stayed at Mercure Treasury Gardens for a week on a leisure trip. The staff was friendly and the rooms offered a great view of the garden. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the CBD. The bed was comfortable and the bath amenities were good. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a very good location, not too busy but close to everything.

    Strongly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the desk were very helpful and professional. The restaurant and bar looked new and all amenities needed were available. Great location 5 mins walk to Bourke St and 10 mins to Flinders Square. The city view room was good and sneaked a peek at the garden view room which looked lovely. Got a room right next to the lifts, but didn't hear a thing!

The rooms were refurbished but the bathtub was clearly showing signs of age. The bathroom was also very small and you could hear the bathroom next door. This was not a huge problem, just noticeable.

The place was great, we liked it. It's easy walk to The Mayfair, good for a little drink. We had a superior queen room and it included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a personal safe and a sitting area.

This place was perfect for my stay in Melbourne. The location was excellent, as it was close to the Melbourne Tennis Centre where I was attending a sporting event. Additionally, being opposite the Treasury Gardens provided a great outlook and a pleasant place to stroll or sit. The hotel was well-served by trams, making it easy to explore the city and visit other attractions. Moreover, there were a number of good local restaurants in the area, making dining options convenient.

Although the room was clean, I was a bit disappointed to pay for a city view and end up with a view of the roof. It felt a bit misleading, but overall, it didn't significantly impact my experience.

We liked staying at the Mercure because it is so close to all facilities,we went to the footy, and also to the theatre, and to be able to stroll down into the city. trams right out the front, and also the Fitzroy Gardens right across the road. To sum it up it was very good, will stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't be better, right opposite the beautiful Treasury Gardens and in a very nice area of the city. We were able to easily walk to all the city activities and the free tram station was just a one-minute walk away. The staff here were absolutely amazing, providing us with 10 out of 10 good old fashioned service. They were friendly, efficient, and willing to help with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were also great, serving delicious food and offering a nice place to relax.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to our family and friends.

Location was perfect for runners like me competing in the Melbourne Marathon.

Disappointed when I made two separate requests and they were not followed through.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. The elegant furnishings and tasteful accents created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people to navigate around. It was such a joy to relax and sit in the stylish lobby while enjoying the stunning views of the Treasury Gardens.

The only thing I would have asked for a better vacation for senior people is if the staff were a bit more attentive and helpful. Sometimes it felt like the children working there were a bit preoccupied and not always available to assist with our needs.

It was very close to the trams and train stations. It was a short cab ride to Crown, DFO etc. You could walk to see a movie, have dinner etc The buffet breakfast had a good variety anf fresh food. Very nice.

Not a major issue, but the bathroom was very small and not the best lighting around the mirrors. The bar fridge was more of a cooler and didnt chill enough and no setting to decrease temp.

Location, efforts by staff to accommodate an early checkin. The late checkout on Sunday

Room was tidy but some small cleaning issues. Carpets a little dirty, a few small marks/dirt on walls/power-points. Noise from neighboring rooms. Understand this is a hard thing to fix

The rooms were very spacious and open. Quiet location and beautiful setting next to the gardens. The staff were excellent, I left my Internet modem in the room and one of the ladies were great enough to send it in a taxi to me down at the SKYbus terminal. Thanks you so so much !!!
